When Will My Order be Shipped?

In stock pieces ship approximately 3 to 5 business days after purchase date. Made-to-order pieces ship approximately 2 weeks after purchase date.

How Do I Cancel Or Change An Order Made On Misahara Website?

Do You Offer Personalization?

Yes. We can add engraving to most pieces. Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on personalized styles as they are made to order and are final sale.

What Is Your Repair Policy?

Misahara Jewelry at our sole and absolute discretion will offer a free repair within 4 months from the purchase date. In order to arrange the return shipping, please contact orders@misahara.com and inform us with the style reference and the date of purchase. Shipping, duties and taxes is not Misahara's responsibility with repairs. Repairs do not come with any guarantees. All repairs must be approved by Misahara prior to sending. Misahara reserves the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

How Do I Care For My Jewelry?

Please keep all jewelry away from moisture (no water, lotions or perfumes). Many beauty products can cause tarnishing of metals. We recommend taking off your jewelry to shower. Please do not sleep in your jewelry and when not in use, jewelry should be neatly stored. We recommend giving your pieces a day off to limit wear and tear. To clean your 18k/14k gold and diamond jewelry we recommend using a gentle dish soap with warm water.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
